Hi Sundayflower,

I wonder when you say you are preparing for a liver flush how close you are to the flush? Have you started drinking the apple juice yet?

I get very painful legs (liver and gallbladder meridians) leading up to my liver flushes. Sometimes the feeling prevents sleep, however if I spend a few minutes massaging before bed, it seems to help. These symptoms usually start once I start the apple juice or gold coin grass. The curious part is that my body seems to recognize now that I'm mentally preparing to flush, even if I haven't yet begun my prep, and it responds with liver congestion symptoms. I have interpreted this as the preparation (to soften and break-down stones) is causing the toxic material to settle differently in the bile ducts and that this intensifies my congestion symptoms. I may be wrong, it's just a theory.

Anyway, thought I'd share in case it helps.
