P.S.

I also get terrible leg cramps, constant twitching and jerking. Did you have any of these and if you did, I assume they're gone now? I have tried various forms of Magnesium and Calcium, tried going without them, tried high doses, low doses, etc., but nothing seems to work. And yes, my Potassium levels are normal.
