I have some good news for you.

When I did my first LF 9 years ago, there was no internet and I didn't know a wonderful epsom salt/grapefruit/OO recipie. I've digged out a lemon juice/OO recipie, didn't prepare my system in any way (didn't know how) and just drank 1 glass of each. Needless to say, my symptoms were much worth than yours. I couldn't even sit by the toilet. I was so sick, I couldn't move. My face was greenish/grayish and I thought I was dying. I passed a handfull of stones and was very happy with the results afterwards. I thought my liver was clean. Boy, was I wrong...

My second flush was a lot more fruitfull. I passed couple hundred of stones. Some were large. Two of them were of a size of a plum. I didn't feel nearly as sick, I was moving around and slept through most of the night.

Now, (about 25 LF's later), I don't get sick at all, don't wake up in the middle of the night. Go to the bathroom when I wake up in the morning. Total pleasure.

So, there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

You did great. The first flush was the hardest. Keep flushing.
