Hi
I am very "obssesive" some times.
What has helped me is to write.
I write the affirmations I need to tell myself.
For example:
I am beautiful. I am honest. I am happy. I am lovely. I am hardworking.

Writing them down and later reading them helps me to switch from my obssesive thoughs of regret and guilt to something better.
