Dear Danielle,

1. It is not necessary to feel low back pain or see crystals clouding the urine to have a successful kidney cleanse. Most people notice little if anything (unless of course they suffer from kidney problems). Cleansing the kidneys from time to time helps them cope with living in a polluted world.

2. You may want to raise the most important concerns or issues in your life you feel are affect you. This brings them into your awareness and allows me to work with them more easily. Otherwise, there is no need to prepare yourself in any way. The main work takes place on a higher level than human personality.
