Okay, I'm going to be as quick as possible Andreas because I can see, you've opened up shop for a bit- and flooded already...

1. I've been on the kidney herbs for a week now. Apart from further stirring of my forehead acne, there has been no back pain or urine crystals(evident). All feels well and good. My Q is- how do we 'know' that one round of the herbs9got the batch from The present Moment) has completed the job??

2. I want to have a session or two of sacred santemony soon. I can see that there are so many possible areas that it can help with. What sort of prep should one do to establish what they most need/want to work on?
