Hi Andreas,

I have been following your advice in The Key to Health and Rejuvenation for about two weeks now and it has probably caused my best, if not only, health improvement since my health began declining about four years ago (probably as a result of taking Accutane). I began drinking Pau D'arco (mixed with a little Cat's Claw) tea every night before bed and I have experienced the best sleep that I have had in years. I am curious to why this would work so well and why none of the many more commonly prescribed remedies would have little or no effect.

Also, I am curious to your opinions on the findings of Weston A. Price and Vilhjalmur Stefansson.
