Stuart,

If I were you, I wouldn't give too much credence to hair analysis. It may not only be confusing, but also be misleading. If you repeated the test a few weeks from now, you might find quite a different reading to the one you have at hand. It isn't as straight forward as it sounds.

There are constant and numerous fluctuations of mineral concentrations in the body, according to the time of day (or night), the lunar cycles, the changes in biological rhythms, the types of ingested foods and beverages, new additons of food (often causing a large secretion of certain nutrients), use of vitamins, hormonal changes in the body, emotional states, exposure to environmental toxins, etc. etc.

Supplementing those compounds that seems to be lacking in your body may cause the body to eliminate even more of them, thereby creating a real deficiency. Rather than going by such unreliable methods of diagnosis, I suggest that you take care of the basic things that influence your health and let the body take care of the details. Keeping your liver, colon and kidneys (see The Amazing Liver Cleanse, ener-chi.com) clean, and following a balanced diet/lifestyle according to your body type requirements (see The Key to Health and Rejuvenation,is still the most reliable way to maintaining good, vibrant health.
