I have had severe abdominal pain this week and was diagnosed with diverticulitis. I am a 45 year old male. After reading about diverticulitis, I am suprised I have succume to such a problem. I already eat a high fiber, no sugar, no flour, diet. I have a regular bowel movement every morning with no effort. Nevertheless, here I am.

I have been researching the colon cleanses recommended by members of curezone. I'm leaning towards oxypowder or colonix. Could you recommend one over the other for my situation?
