Hi Julie! Just wanted to say that I do a "series" of enemas.
Sure, the first one, you cant hold much, or for very long. Usually takes me 3X's before I empty the enema bag. Then I fill it up again. This time I actually use cold water so that I can feel it in my colon. That gives me a better idea of how far I'm getting. I take my time, try and retain as long as possible. Even
walked my feet up the bathroom wall to let gravity help. I have well water and use it straight from the tap. No additives. I have considered distilled water, but that would be for after the liver flush. Hope this helps, and happy flushing! Marj
