Hi Andreas,
My sister has IC and bad vaginal yeast. She has done a colon cleanse. She is pitta/kapha. Has never had constipation. Has not done any Liver Flushes yet but plans to. She follows the candida diet of no sugar... and it helps.

What herbs or supps do you recommend?
Can she have stones even though she is not constipated?
Would Oxypowder help kill off some yeast?
