Hi Andreas
An update on an old problem, and a question about a new one ;)
Thanks to your advice, I tried the mint tea, etc. to cleanse my system of toxin to stop my dizziness. It worked fabulously! Within 3 days all of the dizziness and spaciness stopped. You're wonderful.
Now for my other problem! I have a scary amount of hair falling out. Every time I brush it or run my hand through it, small clumps come out. My clothes are always covered with fallen hairs, and every time I get out of my car, the headrest has hairs all over it. When my husband kisses me, he gets my hairs in his whiskers. Needless to say, this is rather worrisome, because I don't know if it's a temporary, hormonal thing, or if my hair is going to continue to fall out until there's none left. I just can't believe how much I have in my brush every time I brush it!
I'm 49, and when I was 48, my hair fell out in clumps for about 2 months, and then stopped. Then I went raw vegan, and after about 6 months of that, my hair started to fall out again. It's been falling out for three months now. When I look at a fallen hair, the root is white on the very end - not sure if that's normal or not. I got worried enough to start adding some extra sources of protein in the guise of cooked fish that my husband catches, and soft-boiled eggs, occasionally. It's still falling out, but perhaps I'm not eating fish often enough (once every 2 weeks) for it to matter. My question to you - assuming at this point that my hair loss is not hormonal, can you tell me some things, or some vitamin or mineral deficiencies, that might cause it, so I can examine my way of eating to see if it's lacking? Thanks so very much for all of your invaluable help, Andreas.
Blessings,
Joanne
