I do have pretty clean bowels (apart from candida). I take regular colonics/enemas and always get my stones out straight away on flush day. I never get a delayed release like some people.

Apple juice is a no-no for candida, but I appreciate the tip on malic acid. Unfortunately I doubt that it will turn 30 stones into 3000, but I'll give it a try at some point anyway.
