I'm really pleased the flushes are working for you.
I too have Andreas's book "The key to health and rejuvination".

When you say that you produce up to 3000 stones in a single flush, I find it incredulous. What do you count as a stone? For me it is pea-size - anything smaller and I adjust accordingly.

I'm not surprised that you are feeling better daily given the amount of stones you are producing and removing. But you have to realise that you are the other end of the scale to me.

I just don't believe that I have that many stones. Certainly there is little wrong with my lifestyle that I can adjust - I sleep well, eat well, cleanse well, do daily yoga.

I have tried varying flush conditions yet I consistenly produce a maximum of 30 stones. I also have pretty clean bowels (other than candida) because all my stones come out on flush-day.

Whilst my liver function has improved through flushing (better stool colour, better fat digestion), my overall health hasn't.
