The magnesium oxide cleanses such as colosan and oxy-powder act mostly on the small intestine, but also on the large intestine (entire colon). If the small intestine is very congested, this may produce quite smelly eliminations. The oxy-powder type cleanses may have better access to the nukes and cranies of the small intestine than other cleanses.
