Pacific girl, please don't panic. I live in a very rural area where colonics are not available either. I use a simple enema kit to flush out remaining toxins from liver flushes. The most common kit uses an old fashioned "hot water bottle" with a long tube and a rigid plastic nozzle. An at home enema is easy to do and very private. I usually do four quarts of warm water with a pinch of sea salt added. It can make a world of difference in how you feel after flushing. I have combined elements from several flush "recipes" to custom meet my needs. Andreas' preparation with apple juice and the use of colonics (or in my case deep enemas) are essential elements to having an effective comfortable flush.
By the way, I will never again do a salt water flush, there are too many variables in it, and I don't want to risk problems if I don't get the degree of salinity just right for my body. I know some flush recipes recommend it after flushing, but its too harsh and risky for me to feel comfortable with it.
