I'm quite worried about this now. I am very new to cleansing and picked up the liver cleanse info off the following page curezone.com/cleanse/liver/huldas_recipe.html it made no mention of doing a colonic before or after a liver cleanse and/or its importance. I only became aware of doing the P and B Shakes and Oxy Powder after reading the Bowel Cleanse forum. I tried a salt water flush but had great trouble getting it (and keeping it) down. I have looked at the sw flush and the Oxy Powder as I come from New Zealand and colonics are not something that is widely available here and there is also a lot of conflicting info about. It took me a while to get the courage up to do the liver cleanse as I had asked around health shops here and no one had heard of it. Plus I took my stones to my doctor for diagnosis and he told me the lab said it was undigested vegetable matter! Are you saying that the only way to get an effective bowel cleanse after a liver cleanse is by having a colonic? Is there nothing I can take orally like Oxy Powder that will do the same thing? The idea of a colonic not only embarasses me but terrifies me at the same time.
