interesting, because i posted in the lf forum about dehydrating the liver, and how it might not function as well after a flush. their answer was to drink plenty of water. why i was asking, was because i noticed that liver is so dense, that for it to be free of its liquid would be like a wet sponge squeezed, that takes awhile to return to its shape and volume. im not sure if this is an accurate analogy, but maybe someone here can tell us what to do to rehydrate the liver post flush. thank you
