Are you sure about that? In his book "the amazing liver cleanse" Andreas recommends 1500-2000 mgs mixed in a pint of warm water and slowly sipped throughout the day. 2000 mgs is 1/2 teaspoon. My interpretation of that is 1/2 teaspoon per day, not 4 times per day. I could be totally wrong about that, and if so please correct me since I have been using 1/2 teaspoon malic acid powder with one cup of apple juice diluted with one cup of water and drinking that each day of the cleanse, since I find 1-2 liters of apple juice to throw my blood sugar levels out of whack.
