Okay I got a quick look at SilverGen; a relatively cheap electronic stuff sold at high price! [anyway that is my personal opinion, please don't flame me]
From their description, I believe SG6 does not allow varying the voltage. (Anyway you may need the knowledge of threshold voltage in order to mess with this -- what I am saying is that a voltage under which electrolysis starts to occur.) They claim SG6 to be capable of producing ultra fine ion particles, typically around 0.001-0.005 microns. However at what PPM this result is achieved is not stated. Another important thing is that, no lab result showing the distribution of particle sizes is provided -- you just got to believe what they claimed. (Silverpuppy has good example of what I am saying here -- but not so good particle size, unfortunately.)
