Dear Rick,

I would limit the number of colemas to the times when you do the liver cleanses. Otherwise, it may be too taxing for the colon and your body as a whole. I am not sure what the pinkish things are, but taking it a little easier with the colemas may take care of it. Removing 1000 stones per cleanse is a lot and the body and liver must need time to adjust to the new status (lots of repairing to be done). It's like having surgery, except, in this case you take out things that shouldn't be there in the first place.
