If you feel good and don't have mucus discharge from eating kefir, it is OK. But if you do develop mucus, also seen in white coating on the tongue, it is better to discontinue. Candida Albicans is naturally present throughout the mucus lining. Increased mucus discharge also indicates candida overgrowth, which always affects the liver. Temporarily, the increased immune response to engulf irritating food particles with mucus may also increase energy. But this isn't necessarily the kind of energy that you want.
