I use a clear mason jar to make the cs and then store it in a clear glass jug for daily use. It is kept out of direct sunlight. For long term use you can store it in amber glass as well which is really the best. Dosage wise I would start with maybe a few tbsp/day to see how you do . If you don't herx and feel horrible, step it up to six tbsp/day. You may have no reaction whatsoever in which case I would be sipping between 8-16oz/day throughout the day. Many folks with serious conditions will take this much because you need to have maximum penetration into the bloodstream and the rest of the body to really get well. Go slow and see how you feel and build it up slowly. I would start with 10ppm because it's the easiest to make. If you go for the highest setting 20ppm, you will probably have to shut down the unit, clean off the electrodes, and restart. 10ppm requires no effort and will work fine. It is the approx the halfway point on the ppm dial.
