Devoira, I wish I could answer your question, but I am not qualified. For a relatively healthy person I can feel quite secure in advising them and encouraging them to do a flush. After all, I have done many of them, and despite occasional problems, flushing has been very beneficial. I imagine this is why your queary has not been answered. Most of us are experienced with various protocols, but very few have professional training. I hope Andreas will be able to give you the advice you need from a professional's standpoint.
