I have nothing against all the other protocals. In fact, my manner of recovery is based on all those things, but achieve it in different manners.

But the reason why these supplements are so important, is that, they are specifically designed to repair, heal, and regenerate cells that have been harmed by free radical damage. None of the other protocals actually address this issue. This is a major facet that everyone is missing. Not only to recover, but to maintain health and prevention.
