As a matter of fact I have a real garden. I am a very experienced gardener and have been doing so for quite some time. I practice soil amendment and have fresh fertilizer from my neighbors sheep. I live in the country and have a few acres. I work out in it as much as I can. Yep, nothing like home grown veggies.

I garden organically and have many perennials too! I also grow Hibiscus and make hibiscus tea. It is great for the liver. I also make my own homemade remedies for bugs and disease on plants. Also, mulch and compost are free by the truck loads. Just check with a big city near you.
