Dear Andreas,

Welcome back! I have lots of questions for you but will spread them out over time to give you and others time to ask and answer questions.

I have been doing a mostly Pitta diet since you and I had our telephone session in December. I'm very happy with the extra energy I have, with food digesting better, with the cravings having gone and with the weight that's coming off. Thank you! I notice, however, that I have lots of underarm odor. My diet is mostly vegetarian these days yet my underarm odor is pretty noticeable. Is this because my body is detoxing? Is it that there's some food I'm not digesting well that's causing this?

I have all four of your books so please refer me to one of them if there's something I should read.
