You mentioned 14 th flushes so far. I had 6 flushes by now in 2 weeks periods. I decided to stop with liver flushing for a while, drinking green tea and Silybum Marianum tea to put at rest the liver. Did you do that in your 14 flushes and what is your advice about the break; 3 months, 6 months?
