Difference between fatty and congested liver? by Miss Scarletwhiskers ..... Ask Andreas Moritz Forum

I am confused about what a fatty liver is. I had a fatty liver show up on an ultrasound along with elevated liver enzymes a year and a half ago.

I have been religiously liver flushing and liver cleansing for almost two months now, and so far all I have noticed is increased sensitiity to grains and other foods I have difficulty with. I stay away from them the best I can, and am taking lots of fresh green juice and wheatgrass. I eat veggies, poultry, eggs, nuts and seeds --and unrefined oils. (I don't feel I can cut out animal food from my diet since then all I would be left with would be veggies and nuts.)

I did about three or four liver flushes last spring, the last two being unproductive so I quit for awhile. I started up again about two months ago and have done about seven or so.

I get lots of stones out every time I do one, but so far I have not noticed any difference in my health --aside from more sensitive to grains. Actually, I do notice that I hardly ever get panic attacks anymore ever since the first flush I did a few months ago.

Here are my questions:

1) Is it normal to not feel better after two plus months of continual flushing? Is it normal to feel worse? If so, why?

2) Is there a difference between a liver clogged with stones and a fatty liver? Or is the fat from a "fatty liver" actually just the stones?

Thank you Andreas!

Anni
