I've been wondering about the flu too. I got sick yesterday and seem to be getting worse. The main symptoms are sore throat, severe headache, fever, and joint pain. I also am developing a cough, dizziness, weakness and extreme fatigue. This is my first case of flu in three years. Before, I would just treat the symptoms with OTC meds, and if it got too bad, go to the doctor for antibiotics. What are the best ways to ride out this illness without resorting to the usual medicines? After months of liver flushes, I don't want to go back to toxic substances, yet I feel so bad.
