You need to find away to eat healthy. Dorittos and sugary refined foods should not even be a choice to gag down. You will spin your wills forever in that mode. Diet is key to healing. Liver flushes and colon cleansing with colonics as well. If you eat for your type as per Andreas's book "The Key To Health..." this will go along way to achieve balance. You could try a clay bath or two to help pull down your total load and begin liver flushing asap. Your liver supports so many body functions that this will help immensly.

I also feel very strongly about looking into the mold contamination issue. This can keep you ill on an ongoing basis no matter what you do, because some molds are that toxic.

DO a search on Sherry Rogers MD (Syracuse, NY) who has a service for testing for mold. It is inexpensive. She will send you the petri dishes and instructions.
