Hi Andreas,

I hope you had a wonderfull Thanksgiving!

My 72 yr old Diabetic mother would like to do a liver cleanse.
She will me taking the malic acid powder instead of the apple juice but is worried about her blood sugar getting too low after the 2:00 p.m. cut off time since there will be an 8 hour stretch between the olive oil/grapefruit drink. Are there any variations on the cleanse to prevent her blood sugar from getting to low after 2:00 p.m? Are there certain foods she can consume on the day of the cleanse to keep her blood sugar steady?
