Not all of it is out of me yet. I have been rotating products and methods, and hitting them as hard as I can when I have free time so I can sleep a lot and isolate myself from society, because I will get really weirded out emotionally when I'm detoxing. Apxr may convince me to try a more steady, consistent approach. I don't know yet. I've seen the most plaque from enemas with a small amount of apple cider vinegar in the water, Experience at night/Clear in the morning, GBWH/WW/Cloves.
