Watashi, thanks for posting that. I tried Liver Flushes a couple of years ago and more often than not got sick from them. I then tried Gerson therapy, and for the most part, only saw improvement. The only time it causes some small adverse effect is when I stop doing the juicing along with the enemas. Not only have the coffee enemas helped my liver, they have also come to the rescue for all different types of pain, from headache to abdominal pain. It's good to read a post about the Gerson therapy because since I don't have anyone to bounce things off of, at times I question what I am doing.
