OK, I got a sense of elation, felt like I was "beating them" made major progress last week, then started having some major vaginal itching. I presumed it was candida and started taking grapefruit seed extract, which usually gets rid of candida, ( I have been diagnosed with this many times before, and have been using grapefruit seed extract to treat it for years). I've been taking the Grapefruit-Seed-Extract for 4 days. The itching has not let up. Today I notice the discharge is kind of yellowish/greenish. I don't think this is yeast, or it would have cleared up by now. So I'm trying to decide what to do next.

If I go to the clinic and get it tested, they are probably going to want me to take flagyl, or an anti-biotic. (Decades in the past I've been diagnosed with trichomoniases, hemopholis, and ghonorrhea or various occassions. (sp?)) I haven't had a partner in months. When I did have sex in the last 10 years, it was with a condom, so whatever is coming out of me, is systemic. I've been treated with flagyl and anti-biotics. Whatever this is, is still lingering in my system, so the drugs only suppressed the symptoms.

I would like to get rid of it, not supress symptoms with drugs.
Any suggestions on how to proceed?
