This "balance" for me is easier said than done..
"
Say that again!
"
seems that the bodies natural ability to balance itself is off track
"
I'm still asking myself WHY. I may be close to an answer [I hope].
"
which is why I need to constantly recognize the symptoms of imbalance.
"
Listening to the body is a great tool. Works better and quicker than any test.
"
I think that since the liver is key here and that I am only controling my symptoms thus far.
"
To help you "broaden" your view a bit, I'll say that the key is not just the liver. Look at the bigger picture.
"
What are you thoughts on the liver (liver flushing) and fatty acid balancing?
"
As I've said recently, I don't know much about Liver Flushing as a defined technique. However, during treatment I may be employing the same principles that would apply to liver flushes, to bowel cleanses, to 'fatty acid balancing' and to other methods.
What I've tried to do is to look at things from a distance and to try to figure out how and why those methods work WHEN they do. Because of this, I think I have a fair idea of the pros and cons of the different approaches and I feel that this brings me closer to a UNIFIED answer, which is proving to be quite a task.
With this said, in my opinion, if I became sick again and I didn't know what I already know and proceeded to try methods on their own, I don't think that I'd benefit solely from Liver Flushing and/or from fatty acid balancing. I'm sure that I'd benefit from both if they're combined with other techniques in intelligent proportions and carefully laid out 'cycles', but I doubt if I'd solve my problem definitely save perhaps by random chance.
