This "balance" for me is easier said than done..seems that the bodies natural ability to balance itself is off track which is why I need to constantly recognize the symptoms of imbalance. I think that since the liver is key here and that I am only controling my symptoms thus far.

What are you thoughts on the liver (liver flushing) and fatty acid balancing?
