Dear Humaworm,

There is one in my head. I was hitting the anti-parasiticals really hard in April when the sensation that something was trying to screw it's way out of my skull woke me up in the middle of the night. I freaked me out, I cut the meds back, and the sensation went away. I was afraid that if it couldn't get out of my head, which it couldn't, judging from where it was drilling in my skull, that it would die, and I would get a brain infection. What happens if a big one croaks in your head? Can your body break it down and get rid of it, or will it just sit in there and rot and putrify and kill you if you don't have brain surgery to clean out the debris? I would like to exterminate this thing, if I knew it wouldn't kill me to do so.
