Yes, we have to observe some rules. I mean observin how your body responds to diet changes, antiparasitic herbs, liver flush, etc. According to your body reaction you get the information if you have to slow down or you can speed up the detox process.
If you are very congested you can hurt yourself (sometimes kill yourself) with rapid changes.
For example if you kill a lot of worms with herbs at first shoot you could not endure the load of poisons from dead worms! It would be worse than swallow arsenic or other poison.
I did many mistakes. I always want to do things quickly. Lack of patience. PATIENCE-I have to learn it over and over again. And now again I thought the sputnik would kill ALL worms in a few days. My mistake. I knew there are so many of them that it could kill me if they would die at the same time immediately! I have to realize such simple truths every day.
When the sputnik started killing worms and removing mucoid plaque(with toxins) my face eczema worsened, I became weaker-lack of energy at all. I tried to eliminate "the garbage" with enema and Cascara Sagrada but anyway it did not fix it. So I could only imagine what could happen if the sputnik killed all the colony of worms at once...
But still I know our body is created in a such wonderful way that it can endure a lot. We just have to learn how to take care of it.
