Hi there, I've done lots of cleanses as per Hulda Clark in the past (pre-kids) but have been pregnant or breastfeeding for the last 5 yrs.

I do zap with my kids periodically but am wondering if anyone has used Clarkia with their small kids? We are all overdue for a cleanse!!!!

I would think this would be the easiest solution for them since the powdered herbs (as per Hulda Clark ) might be challenging to ingest. My kids take large amounts of sodium ascorbate,oregano oil, cs, herbal tinctures etc. if they are under the weather, so I know taste won't be a problem. ;-)

I am still breastfeeding 1 or 2 times a day and I cannot remember why they said Wormwood is not recommended while nursing?

My baby is not really a baby anymore as she's 20 months old and her brother is almost 5.

anyhow just curious about others experiences.
