I think I will just eat nothing but fresh pineapples for a few days and see what happens, but I don't know how many pineapples I'll need to eat in order to eat nothing but pineapples and also rid the parasites?
I suppose I should eat some other food, too.
Is this what you did, Daveeeg? Did you just drink the juiced pineapples at night? Two of them? How long after eating other foods?
Is it standard to juice two pineapples and drink them at night to rid parasites?
I still want to try fasting on pineapples, but I wonder if this is necissary and I wonder if I should drink anything else, like water: I don't want to dilute the pineapples. And I wonder how often I should eat them to be the most effective in keeping my digestive tract full of pineapple juice for as long as possible.
Any suggestions Daveeeg?
