Hi, thanks for all the info. and you're concern. I had my one Amalgam removed two years ago and had gone through several "chelating" products before I found my now naturpath. I know for sure that I am passing metal, as my urine smells like J.C. Penny perm solution. When I talked to my naturopath yesterday, he was thrilled with the level of intensity that I was experiencing, as he said it was a wonderful sign and all normal, but still feels like hell today.

How long can the heavier die-off reactions last for? This is like day 17! Also, is it common for me not to be losing any weight, despite the fact that I'm barely eating anything (saltines - he allowed me to have those, soup and plain red jacket potatoes, and lots of water?)? Despite the fact that everything is coming out the back end and hardly anything is going in the front end, I've lost only 1 pound. Kind of frustrating. I figured if I have to suffer like this, the least I could get is a few more pounds lost than this. I hate die-off!
