Everytime I start to clean the colon I get diareaha. My only concern is seems when I quit I get constipated. I don't want to totally mess up my schincter muscle. I already strain all the time. What is causing this? I need to clean myself out I know but I dont' want to cause even more complications.Any advice is greatly appreciated.I am just using normal herbs to cleanse that are in most colon cleansers.
