There is now way you should be taking 3,000 mg of Q10! It might be harmful to you (depends on many things) in that dose but it is a huge waste of money also.

400mg/1x day should be the most for someone, and that is someone who is has heart troubles. You should take around 60-100mg/1x day at the most. Who told you to take that much? I would only take something like that dose under a MD's or DO's care.
