You are describing my symptoms exactly. Slowly drinking a quart of water with a teaspoon of apple cider vinegar soothed the pain for me today. It has slowly moved up my esophagus, gone from side to side. This afternoon I noticed a twitching movemnt in my back, between my ribs, and tonight the spot that was twitching went numb.

I think is is a big Ascaris worm.
