This is so confusing! So many people are telling me so many different things. I tried the no fruit/sugar, no yeast/wheat, no dairy diet for a week and my body was not very happy. I lost 3 pounds and I don't really have anything left to lose!

So fruit is good? I normally eat quite a lot of it. What else can I eat? I'm doing the Colonix program.
