I'd be happy to email you if you give me your email address. I think you can hide it somehow? I am drinking urine (a couple of ounces) daily. Have been for 2 months now. Weird thing is that it doesn't seem that freaky to me any more. I felt so good the first week I broke the diet and ate bread/wheat and dairy daily for 2 months. Suddenly didn't feel good at all so I am back on the diet again. Someone told me you have to be doing UT for at least 6 months
