Its possible that it may be a bit of your intestinal lining that has been sloughed off by the P&B shakes. When I passed my 18" long tapeworm, my Naturopath first thought it was from the lining of the bowel; but mine had a definite head and a mouth with little hooks all around it. Tapeworm was my first thought when I saw the picture.
