Actually, I felt a lot better after only 3 days. Then it just got better and better.

I used Para-Buster which is working very well for me. I started the Para-Buster the same day as the Oxypowder . If you do that, only take the Para-Buster after breakfast and lunch. Then take the Oxypowder right before you go to bed on an empty stomach. If you take the Para-Buster at night the Oxypowder may liquify a good deal of it and it will not be as effective.

Also, you will get better results if you eat better foods (kill more parasites) and eat a little less food (to burden the digestive system less and remove more of the compacted feces from your walls).
