er,what do you mean?
it's been Crystal C. for the last three and a half years of doing the warrior diet
(fasting all day,one big feast at night where i eat anything i want all i want)
and it's been Crystal C.,but then again i do use facial washes and clearasil
(i know, metrosexual eh? LOL) i used to have alot of Acne and oily skin when i ate alot of whey proteins and did body building from back in the days, now no scars no marks or anything.The daily detox works wonders for me!
